Delivery and payment information

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within Warsaw and selected nearby towns, in accordance with the current delivery zone.

Delivery is free for orders over PLN 200.

For orders below PLN 200, the delivery fee is PLN 20.

Deliveries are made within the following time slots:

• 09:00 – 12:00
• 12:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 18:00
• 18:00 – 21:00

The delivery time slot is selected during checkout.

You can check the detailed delivery area on the map on our website.

Orders can be delivered the next day or on a selected date chosen in the calendar during checkout. We do not offer same-day delivery.

Product Unavailability

If a selected product is unavailable at the time the order is being fulfilled, the following solutions are possible:

• Replacement suggestion – we offer a similar product that may meet your expectations.
• Change of delivery date – if the product is temporarily unavailable, we may suggest a later delivery date.

All details will be discussed with you to choose the best solution.
